Best for: A bride that needs the benefit of our professional planning skills at an affordable rate and may have only one or two issues to address, like attending appointments with vendors or decorating the wedding location. This package specifically covers services where a professional consultant is needed to "do" something. We can put together invitations with you, make wedding favors, or whatever need you may have that arises. This is very popular for adding to a "Day of" Planning Package for when you need help with the actual planning.

In this ‘all about your wedding’ consultation, we provide professional advice regarding effective wedding planning in any area you need, to save you time and financial resources, so that you can create the wedding you’ve always wanted on your own. These meetings can be in person, over the phone or through email to best suit the busy schedule of any bride and groom. These consultation services can help with any type of wedding, including Eco-Weddings and South Asian Weddings.

What’s included: ($1,500)

Your first initial consultation will be one month prior to your wedding day. At this time, your consultant will finalize all logistics with vendors, assist in planning all aspects of rehearsal, ceremony and reception, and create a detailed wedding day itinerary for all vendors, family members, and the bridal party to ensure that you wedding day flows smoothly so that you can relax and enjoy every moment of your special day.

Before the wedding we will provide . . .
-Meeting with you and your fiancé to understand your vision for the wedding day and how you wish it to look and flow
-Obtain all vendors contracts
-Contact all vendors and inform them of A Piece of Cake Wedding Design’s assistance
-Confirm all vendors contract details (deliveries, set-up times, any pick-ups or returns, etc.)
-Liaison with all contracted vendors to clear up any misunderstandings and verify all wedding day needs
- Visit to both the ceremony and reception sites prior to wedding
-Meeting with reception venue coordinator and caterer to discuss wedding day itinerary
